Cancellations and Refunds – Sri Gayathri Temple

At Sri Gayathri Temple, each order is processed with utmost care and devotion. Once an order is placed for pooja services, prasadam, or spiritual items, cancellations are not encouraged, as these items are often prepared or blessed specifically for the devotee. However, if you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Refunds will be considered only in cases where the product is damaged during transit, or the service could not be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances. All refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, along with proper proof (such as photos of the damaged item). Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. We appreciate your understanding and support in maintaining the sanctity of temple services.
