Join us in Pournami Poojas
Pournami pooja includes performing Abhishekam, a sacred ritual bath offered to the deity for purification and divine blessings, followed by Prasada Seva, where specially prepared offerings are dedicated and later shared with devotees. The deity is then beautifully adorned through Pushpa Alankara Seva, using fresh flowers symbolizing purity and devotion. A Moola Mantra Homam is performed with sacred offerings into the fire while chanting powerful mantras for protection and spiritual upliftment. Together, these rituals harness the full‑moon energy to promote peace, clarity, and inner harmony.
About the event:
With great sanctity and Vedic reverence, Maha Abhishekam to the Moola Vigraha will be performed by four esteemed Veda Pandits, accompanied by the sacred chanting of the Vedas. In the evening at 4:00 PM, the auspicious Sri Chakra Navaavarana Archana will be conducted with deep devotion, culminating in Neerajana, Mantra Pushpam, and Vishesha Theertha Vitharana, bestowing divine blessings upon all devotees.
Later, at 6:00 PM, the sacred Pallaki Seva will be performed as part of the grand Gramotsavam, allowing devotees to partake in the joyous procession and receive the Lord’s abundant grace.
